Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Nice room. Easy transport links nearby and good cafes and restaurants, we didn't eat in the hotel. It is in a good neighborhood that felt safe at night.
The TV didn't work, and there was only one bath towel and one tea bag for two people, which felt a bit miserly, as it's not a super cheap hotel.

It was very clean as pictured online, safe area near shopping and restaurants. Bathroom and shower was amazing, they had a beautiful body wash that I fell in love with. Great staff ready to help you with anything

The location for my trip was ideal - easy access to Linate airport.
Easy to find, although once inside the building is quite complicated.
Small but comfortable room with AC, I had a good rest.
Basic breakfast available at the hotel.
I stayed one night, all worked well for me, no issues.
