Room was excellent, boutique feel due to the decoration, and size. There is a dressing area, a lounge area with TV, shower was spacious with bidet and large walk in shower, water pressure was great.
The overhead shower wasn't working so only the hand set to shower with, bidet plug stuck in the closed position

Le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant. La décoration de la chambre était luxueuse et élégante. La salle de bains était très spacieuse et agréable.
Rien.

Modern, clean, comfortable, great beds and quality bathroom. Lots of space. Staff were great and was able to leave bags. Good location for central station, very close.

There are not bathrobes, slippers. There is a cold floor, that was made of slab. I heard what people from neighboring room spoke about. Soundproofing is absent. Breakfest is poor. I have an experience of traveling and living at different hotels and I declare it is nor 4-star hotel, no more than 3 stars. The hotel rating is overrated.
