Nothing

The suite was fabulous. It had the biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel and all to an excellent standard. There was a silent aircon system which enabled you to control temperature perfectly, and electric blinds, plus two large tvs. The location was perfect for me, close to the centre with shops and eateries a short walk away. The pool was great for families and nice little gym with everything needed for a morning workout. The grounds were relaxing and I liked the open layout. Thank you for facilitating early check in for a stress free and relaxing trip.

It wasn’t guaranteed we had early check in as we booked the only suite in the hotel, we couldn’t confirm until we got there so the journey was a bit stressful but I am grateful it was all ready by arrival. Sadly I was disturbed by the noise of corridors being hoovered around midnight, and the bright light under the door, on the thermostat and the fire alarm above the bed, but that’s subjective. A coffee maker would have been perfect, or some hot chocolate sachets. I think the pool was being revamped, the water was warm but the room is a bit draughty if there for long periods, the showers were great though and the little room for observation with books for small children made it very convenient and welcoming for families. A robe and towel cupboard would be good for hotel residents as you have to book them through the desk which was sometimes busy. I did ask about extending our stay because the room was so amazing, but the receptionist was too busy and I did not hear back. Breakfast was nice and fresh, but rushed sadly and very expensive for a buffet as I expected menu options. By 9.30 it was all packed away and we were pressured to leave, so a big company like Ramada should pay the staff for longer for the good job they do and allow a more leisurely clean up as they do in most hotels we choose.

Clean property & local to huge shopping center

Breakfast & pool often in use for swimming lessons, so couldn’t go for a swim
