The organization of everything was great, the instructions were clear on how to find them, and how to access our apartment. They were very helpful and communicative with questions and concerns of any kind. The place was very clean, the beds very comfortable. And the mini bar was full of options.
The area in which it is located is absolutely gorgeous. Nice streets, well connected to the city, I could find anything I needed in walking distance, such as fast food, pharmacies, coffee places, bars, and much more.
I would definitely consider going back to that place if I ever visit Berlin on a short-term stay.
There is no kitchen at all - which I missed on the images (my fault). They had a few essential things, such as a coffee maker, a kettle, wine bottle opener, scissors, etc. But to my surprise, there were no plates, no forks, no knives, no spoons, no napkins; the sugar they had for the coffee was weird, and there was no reliable way to stir it unless you use something unorthodox; and there was no way to properly wash our mugs or glasses.

Gute Lage, sehr netter Kontakt, tolles Apartment

The location is good, certainly felt like an experience of living in the neighbourhood rather than being in a hotel. The apartment was clean and the beds comfy.
You need a specific green sticker from the city to be allowed to drive and park within central berlin. This means accessing the hotel and parking is not possible. Instead, you can park outside the low emission zone and walk the approx 15 minutes.
The decor of the apartment is dark, making the space feel heavy. But that is just a subjective opinion, other guests have been very happy with the design :)
As other reviews point out it is unfortunate that there are not any kitchenette facilities. This would have made the space more amenable to families with young children.
The messaging system seemed hit and miss with some messages sent to the host not answered.

"incredibly cosy, full of character, and wonderfully eccentric. Every room had its own unique charm, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. A perfect place to relax after exploring the city—we’d..."
