The building was scrupulously clean and well maintained. The room was small but we were aware of this before booking, and it was very comfortable and fine for a single person. We were only using the room as a place to sleep and it was fine for that, and the price was the best we found.
Booking.com refers to the breakfast here but no breakfast is provided and you have to use any of the perfectly fine cafes within walking distance. Again the owners made us aware of this after booking and it wasn’t really an issue for us, but Booking.com does need to revise its listing.

The owners moved us from the second floor to the first floor after the first night and moved our luggage for us. Both rooms were very clean and of good size. The bathroom was a good with an excellent shower. There was plenty of storage space for clothes in the wardrobe. The bed was large enough and comfortable and not too high off the floor.
No lift so you had to carry suitcases up stairs, although we did have help with this when we checked in. We knew this before we booked. There is no breakfast in hotel, but at least two cafes within easy walking distance that served breakfast, which were both good.
