Had a lovely ground floor double, comfy bed / bedding, shower particularly lovely, amazingly quiet considering location. Could hear upstairs moving around and chatting, but it didn't really disturb me (might've been what woke me up, but not with annoyance!). Nice quality feel to the whole place. Didn't have breakfast, but friends reported there was lots of choice and good quality.
A bit of noise transfer from above, but to be expected in an old building

Beautiful room, absolutely spotless. Lovely friendly staff on arrival.
Parking was an absolute nightmare! Nowhere near the hotel to park so ended up parking about a 20 minute walk away not ideal in the pouring rain.

Was a lovely Guest House in a perfect location near the ocean. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and water in the rooms was a nice touch. We paid extra for breakfast and it was a really great buffet of fruits, yogurts, cereals, eggs, sausage hash browns and more. We would stay here again.

Clean and welcoming but not 4 star
No lift, we were put right at the top of the building. Also very hot, I think if you’re put in one of the highest rooms you should be told about how to work the a/c. Room was also very small considering we paid close to 200 pounds a night
