Friendly staff. Clean and nice room.
Could change the food. It was same everyday. The Specials Board needs to be in a more prominent position.

A Disappointing Experience
Substandard Facilities and Dining for a 4-Star Establishment
While this establishment is rated as a 4-star hotel, the overall experience was closer to a 2-star standard. The room was uncomfortably small, with a view restricted to rocks and trees. Furthermore, the bathroom was remarkably tiny; the shower enclosure appeared designed for children rather than adults, making it inaccessible for anyone with a larger or more robust build. To add to the inconvenience, the shower doors did not operate correctly.
The breakfast service was highly inadequate for a hotel of this category. The fried eggs were overcooked and dry, the bacon and black pudding were completely dried out, the potatoes were excessively greasy, and the sausages had a rubbery texture. Additionally, the pastry and croissant buffet was extremely limited, and the fruit selection consisted only of apples and a whole, uncut pineapple. Overall, the standards of this hotel leave a great deal to be desired for a 4-star property.
