Friendly helpful receptionist, clean comfortable room and biscuits to have with my cuppa! You don’t get that everywhere! 😊 Shuttle to the airport was a great inclusion.

The staffing was easier to help accommodate when things went wrong with flights

Excellect customer service. Late night check-in was very efficient, thankfully, after a long international flight.
Their shuttle bus service to the airport is great. I would highly recommend this place to travellers to Brisbane Airport.

Very clean , liked that there was tea/coffee and milk to make a hot drink
1. Bad check in process ( pl update yr check in hours on Booking.com ) . We tried 4 times to use the call button for after hours check in which cut us off each time . This affected another person who arrived after us .
2. Having to clean our own dishes ! This is not mentioned in the listing or on the website . For the price paid for one night , cleaning of dishes should be included or at least the listing updated to include this for transparency.
