Excellent friendly and very helpful staff. Brilliant location near to pier and buses. Pleasant room with nice sea view.
We had a couple of issues in the room which were minor but quite annoying. However, once reported were rectified within 48 hours. 5* for that!
On entertainment evenings we couldn't find a quiet place to sut and chat with others, (apart from our room).
We are conscious of the fact that this is a seafront hotel and as such, attracts coach parties, who clearly have a great time.

lovely sea-view room. Delicious breakfast. The bar also had an outside terrace to enjoy the sea-view over a drink. We were delighted that the staff kindly made covered off-street space available for my husband's electric bike, where he could charge it up as well - accessible step-free too. A great bonus as electric bikes are heavy.
Honestly I can't think of anything we didn't like. It was lovely.
