Breakfast was 6 out of 10.
Fried slice was rock hard and toast could have done with another minute however ......Sausage, bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tea and coffee were nice.
We didn't have the cooked tomatoes or any cereals.
We did feel a little bit rushed by our table server and would recommend that the breakfast service be extended by an extra 30 minutes. The current window is 8am to 9am but when it's busy that could be over 150 guests, which is a lot in such a short time.
The hotel and the room itself was very nice and felt a bit more luxurious than standard type budget chain hotels.
Onsite Free parking for hotel residents was very appreciated, as other hotel accommodations nearby would have incurred a large car park or on-street parking fees cost.

The room was really clean and smelt fresh, the view out of the window was amazing, looking over the sea. The staff were so polite and nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing apart from having to leave to come home.

Location near sea front
Dated - rotten windows , generally really tired old building . Needs a lot of money spending in it to bring it up to modern standards -and better lighting
