We had a lovely big room (a family room) and it was quiet and light. The beds were comfortable, coffee tea and biscuits were topped up every day. We really liked the relaxing, peaceful, living room spaces downstairs with games, nice lighting and William Morris wallpaper. It was really comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We will definitely be back!
It was all great.

The location was perfect and our deluxe sea room view had a huge window and balcony overlooking the sea.

Booked executive room with twin beds but were initially provided with room with double bed. Had to wait while beds were separated and re-made. This was, however, dealt with promptly. A complimentary cup of tea or coffee during this wait would have been appreciated.
