Beautiful location overlooking the Bosphorus, one of the best features of the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location in Istanbul.
The food was disappointing and could be improved. Massage and Turkish hammam services are available, but I recommend booking in advance to secure an appointment.

The staff. The Indian restaurant
The cost of drinks. The general cost of food.

Excellent location, facilities (gym and spa) and the suite were superb. The service by the staff generally was very good to excellent.
Very little to mention, but for completeness: it was not possible to really darken the rooms in the suite as there were no heavy curtains or blinds. Secondly, both in the breakfast area and the executive lounge you cannot get a good cup of coffee - it’s all from fully automatic machines, drinkable but not on par with the rest of the hotel. Lastly, the hotel is very large and highly frequented by locals and for events, too. That can make it a touch hectic and busy in the lobby or restaurant areas.

The sleep quality and great location
No thing great. Amenities in the room always short. Some of the staff are not trained well and do not respect customers enough. Far away from well known Swiss hospitality.
