Fantastic Hotel, with friendly , welcoming and helpful staff.
Great location, 5 mins walk from Taksim square and about the same to the Besiktas stadium if you are near for football.
Easy to reach if you are coming from the airport by public transport (about 50 mins)
Great room, clean with large bed and comfortable bedding and good facilities.
Large clean bathroom with and great shower.
Lovely selection for breakfast.
Nothing. Everything was perfect for our short stay - Just be mindful that it is on a steep hill if you have mobility issues.

Great central location, close to Taksim Square, the Bosphorus, metro and bus routes. Large spacious bedroom, very attentive staff, the reception staff helped me know how to reach some locations using public transport. The breakfast was superb array of self service items with great views from the top floor restaurant. Seemed like wonderful value for money

Location but be careful if there is a game at the stadium or a concert next door as police will block off the street and it becomes very difficult to get taxi or uber . Had an issue to get the transport to airport and had to climb up hill to meet up with tax on very short notice and it was exhausting with luggage
Super clean rooms and well equipped .. nice small lovey

The restaurant in the terrace is exceptional
Water was cut off for maintenance and when the service returned it was not hot water in the shower and the color was completely dark.
The staff did not help with the suitcases during the check out and we just received excuses about the water quality in the room
