The view of the Bosphorus was spectacular!! The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The staff even accommodated us by offering a different room for an early morning (1AM) check out due to airline departure
The morning buffet was amazing but the service was less desirable. You should never have to ask for a coffee refill.

It’s clean and has a nice view
The staff are not friendly except the front desk manager, they should learn how to communicate politely with the guests, especially the guy at the night shift.
