Very friendly staff. We were lucky to be upgraded to a wonderful room on arrival. We enjoyed the spa area and the hotel was chosen as a treat (it was our last day in Italy and also it offered a shuttle to the airport). The bar was good and sold a number of food-present ideas, An excellent range of good food at breakfast too.

Interior design fabulous. Spa gym and pools very good
Location and restricted with transfers into town. Would be willing to pay for additional transfers. Would benefit from additional towels in Spa area and water fountain as there isn’t any. Coffee and tea in rooms but no milk sachets? Breakfast could do with a little more variety for vegetarians - vegans had scrambled eggs for 3 days. Would have liked beans - poached eggs - hot mushroom - hash browns etc - don’t really do cake or salad for breakfast but understand some do. Fresh orange juice and not squash would have been better. Only a few large mugs and had to wait for them to be washed for a decent cup of tea. The expresso cups way too small.

Didnt have time early flight
Air con didn’t work - dinner portions were way to large for an average person to eat they were more like sharing dishes making dining expensive
