Excellent location, very good breakfast
Smell of towels, loud room HVAC, no slippers. Room looked ready for a complete renovation.

We had a pleasant stay at Ferretti Hotel Firenze in Verona. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, very close to the historic city centre. Another big advantage was the possibility of parking right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for us travelling by car. Overall, it was a good choice for exploring Verona, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay near the old town.

The location is ideal, conveniently situated between the train station and the town centre, both easily reachable on foot.
The room was excellent: large, modern and very well finished, comfortable bedding, good quality finishes throughout and clean. The sound insulation was good, although I was at the end of a corridor, so this may have helped.
While the staff were correct, the entrance, bar and breakfast area lacked the finishing touches I would expect from an Italian 4-star hotel, and were not particularly inviting places to linger, have a coffee or spend a little more time after breakfast.

Location was ok
No curtain at window. Had blind that didn’t move so bottom half of window always exposed to light and no privacy. Asked for twin layout but it was double so they had to send someone to change the layout. Decor very dated, especially bathrooms. Whole place needs a refit. Didn’t use for breakfast so cannot comment on food.
