The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful.
The room was small and expensive for its size. Breakfast was Coffee + and was minimal but OK. It's Verona and what do you expect.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Most of Verona’s attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was just right for a solo traveller like me, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Safe, quiet, comfortable. Nice array of choices for breakfast. Friendly service.

The staff were fabulous and the location was great. An easy walk to the arena etc.
The bed was comfortable.
There was no power point in the room. The bathroom was insanely tiny. A larger person would have trouble having a shower.
