I liked the art deco all over the lobby, and the elevators were fast and convenient. The bathroom was nice and we had lots of towels for our stay.
The shower glass seemed a bit short, so some of the water flew into the middle area between the toilet and the sink.

Clean and comfortable hotel room. Everything to my satisfaction for a 4star hotel.
The hotel is not in the best part of Berlin, but you can easily get around.

The hotel has easy access by city transport, but the area is not very pleasant.
We chose this hotel only because we could use the spa - center. It turned out that the spa center is closed on Sunday and Monday till 15 p.m. - exactly our stay....

Staff at bars were exceptional
Had a junior suite which had obviously had a dog with an occupant before us. Sat down before going out at night and was covered in short red dog hair . Nothing against dogs but can’t have that. Complained to reception about this matter and asked for room to be cleaned plus air conditioning which was totally inadequate to be looked at . The receptionist sent up a guy to sort air conditioning but never sent a cleaner for full week we were there. Went down to ask again only to be scorned at. We’d to cover the couch with towels for full week to avoid the hairs.
