Very clean, breakfast was great. Staff was excellent
Rooms are a little small but the comfort makes up for the size

Great quiet location, few good cafes nearby (60 Degrees Speciality Coffee).
I had no safety issues walking at night around the area.
I enjoyed Walkers cookies (chocolate and ginger) that were replenished daily.
Bathroom had marble look-alike tiles and marble top - very fancy!
I couldn't set up AC to work on higher temperature. Maybe room's fault, maybe mine. Temperature was successfully changed but there was no air blowing, so had to open window at night to get some fresh air.
Thankfully the weather was warm so this worked, but in the winter that wouldn't be a viable alternative.
Walk towards the room was strange (multiple up/down steps), but that's ok unless you have a ton of luggage or it is heavy.

Closeness and walkable to main attractions.
Clean
Staff was helpful
Our toilet was running over the course of a whole day and into another another and we couldn’t flush which meant couldn’t use the bathroom and we had to ask 3 times before someone actually fixed it.
