Very modern with great gadgets. Loved the glass door that misted on the en suite.
Breakfast could have been better and no tea in the room.

Location good, breakfast not very good value for money.
Could have been more shelving or such in room for personal use ie make up etc.

Delightful, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Beautifully clean. We looked onto the road and square but the hotel is set back from the quiet road and there was no traffic noise. Good location for the coach station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and local shops nearby. Less than half an hour walk to Parliament Square,

Good location. Rooms were modern and clean.
The evening staff were unfriendly , uncooperative and unreasonable. Room was overheated and the only way to prevent it over heating was to turn it on to air conditioning which made it too cool. My room was downgraded because the only executive room category that I did book for was in the basement. They didn’t event attempt to compensate. I suggested throwing in free breakfast or at least complimentary water bottle only to get robotic, we can’t do that. They didn’t event let me switch to my category room when it did become available. They said once you pick a room you can’t change it.
