Location, a few minutes walk from Victoria coach station. Room very clean and newly decorated room. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Room a bit cramped for 3 people, but I guess that’s pretty normal for central London. manageable for an overnight stay.

Room was in a different building to the main hotel, but was in a quiet side street which was nice

Good breakfast. Maybe more fruit!

Ideally located next to plenty of places to eat, the local tube station and other tourist attractions including theatre’s. It was nice and cozy, fairly quiet and the staff were friendly and courteous.
The breakfast area was small but I found it no problem finding a table and the choice of breakfast was extensive.
Overall, it was good value for money and i would definitely stay again.
A couple of small imperfections, such as the bathroom blinds broken and a crack in the bathroom floor tile that was raised enough to potentailly cause a cut to the toes. The bathroom had no heating either so was very cold, especially in the early hours.
