Location and room were great
All good

The hotel was very conveniently located to reach all necessary highlights of Londen quickly. The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly.
It was very hot when I came into the room but luckily the windows could open and the issue was resolved quickly. It would have been nice to have a whole wheat option for bread and better coffee.

I love these three hotels in Georgian houses. just a stone's throat from the British Museum (I enjoyed a short visit after having checked in at 3 pm)
Wi-Fi did not work anywhere during my stay, in the room or in the lounge and in two days they were unable to fix the problem. They gave me a key not working twice

Position. Close to restaurants.
Broken toilet seat, loo roll holder hanging off wall. One foot gap between bed end and fireplace so a bit awkward. A lump in my side of bed right under my back.
