Location was brilliant and staff really friendly.
Bed and pillows were firm.

Lovely large suite with plenty of sitting area and comfortable chairs. The bottle of wine plus treats was a nice surprise.
I have no complaints whatsoever.

The location is really good, but the facilities are incredible. The hotel is huge and very comfortable.
Nothing. It was good.

The hotel was great for a 1 nights stay as it was located opposite Milan Centrale. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable .,
I didn’t like how the reception staff upon check-in asked if we “would like to leave a tip for the team” . I found this quite odd as I thought you tipped for service and no service had been given as yet.
