Clearly understan where to collect the keys (check in). Receptionist kind and welcoming. Room clean and everything what you need ( fridge), towels...

Perfect location, comfortable room (smallish though), aircon, easy check in (even though it’s at a different property), great bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Bed was really comfy and AC was really powerful. Located in the central part of Madrid with lively crowds not too far
Room is small as well as the bathroom but for the price it isn’t bad at all. Some sketchy figures outside the road where the hotel is when you arrive at night but this is expected in any capital city tbh
