Nice. Great Location. Beautiful building and unit.
HVAC in the middle of a heat wave lacked cooling power.
Other than that 5/5 is an understatement.

A fantastic stay all around - good communication, excellent area, really great a/c. Traveled with kids and it was perfect!

Absolutely great location, it is really in a strategic position. Communication with host great PRE arrival. Great apartment size. Once there, we have the 2 worst nights of our trip.... the A/C stopped working amid the heat wave that is hitting Europe. We tried to communicate with the host and to this day, me message is still unanswered. We had to open the main apartment door to try and have some air circulation. So we (the whole family) did not sleep the second night which was unbearable...
If you are renting in Europe this summer, make sure the A/C is working...otherwise...you are no sleeping...

We enjoy our stay in las huertas. Very good location. Very close to the metro and nice street with close amenities. It was very clean and practical. The host was very nice. We recommend it.
