Location. cleanliness was exceptional, very friendly and helpful staff. Small kitchenette area a vary nice touch
The entrance from the street level is hiding a very well run and maintained little hostel

The location is perfect, pretty much in the centre. The reception was welcoming, polite, and professional. The room was spotless and modern. I appreciated the warm bedside lighting.
Our room faced into the central air shaft, which is common in Madrid, and which I expected. Although it does have the advantage of being much quieter than a room looking onto the street, I still find it a bit claustrophobic. Also, and this is maybe because we booked quite late, the price was ridiculously high (although that seems to be the case for all of Madrid).
