Location is fantastic and hotel decor and archeticturally is lovely.
A great atmosphere in the bar with lovely food along with a great choice for breakfast
Possibly an upgrade of electric sockets for usb charging and the hotel wifi code apart from that a lovely stay.

Great location to the city, everywhere was walkable
It can be noisy because it is so central

The location was great so central to everywhere in Kilkenny
We booked our room the same time as two other couples we went with, picked the same double room and paid the same price. But our room and bed was half the size and a small double opposed to a standard double… this was disappointing as when you pay the same price as others and do not get as much of a luxury comfortable experience it takes the good out of the trip. In addition to that, we actually booked our room first out of all the couples so it makes even less sense to be dealt the smaller and less spacious room
