The price was very reasonable and they even upgraded my son and I to two suites! Parking right next to the building. Very easy to find and close to everything! Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer!

The location was fantastic! So close to the castle and the medieval mile. The room was spacious and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Great location, very good room service and restaurant. Fantastic staff - couldn't be more helpful. Parking was easy and was helped with luggage. Very clean room and a generous bar fridge.
We had air conditioning problems that were not properly resolved during our stay. We had to change rooms and then return to our room to find the air con was not working in one room. Storage space was not the best. It is as though provision is made for one suitcase only and not much room for unpacking. I know there are bigger and better rooms than the one I had and I guess I have to be fair about the room I booked. I would book a bigger one next time. They did give me an upgrade, which was wonderful.

Excellent breakfast and service was great. Our room had a view of nearby Kilkenny Castle.
