Location for city centre and ease of car parking .. And good reception staff .

No anti slip Matt in the shower or glasses in the room. No instant coffee just coffee pods which isn't everyone's preference . Cleaning staff knocking on door around 9.30 am . Also and I'm not being racist in any way but some cleaning staff struggle to make themselves understood when speaking .

The furniture and beds were very luxurious. The coffee machine was well stocked and plenty of water bottles provided I loved the robes gorgeous body products and slippers. The pool and gym were very relaxing and well equipped. I especially loved the fragrance of Jo Malone scents all around the hotel. The restaurant food was gorgeous.
