Great location, good price and lovely staff
The bed was two single beds pushed together which was quite uncomfortable. Air conditioning was turned on way too cold, I changed it but it took hours for the room to warm up. Doona was so so thin - but it was a freezing night. There were no blankets. There was also a scratching noise through the roof or wall all night which kept me awake

My friend Audrey Harim Kang stayed in Room 1114.
She notified me that on the morning of October 15, she confirmed with your reception team she would extend her stay. She was informed she simply needed to provide her room key to process the extension. The next morning she came to the lobby to collect food. She was asked to provide a credit card for a deposit due to the room change. She did not have her credit card with her at that moment, but was surprised by the urgency of this request, given the conversation regarding extension of stay. Next, someone knocked on her door and urgently asked whether she was checking out. Another member of staff called her room and said they could not locate her booking. She was again asked to provide her credit card. It is hard to imagine three separate members of staff approaching Audrey about an administrative issue. I had already paid for the room extension ! Due to repeated interruptions and pressure, Audrey missed an event she had scheduled in advance. This was a significant and avoidable disruption to her day. Finally a name card with "Mr. Bengston" was left in her room.
Audrey enjoyed the accommodation itself but was very disappointed by the experience. A five-star hotel would normally provide professional communication, coordinated service, and respect for its guests’ time. The service she received that day fell considerably short of those expectations.
I hope to receive a written explanation of what happened and consideration of an appropriate gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience caused. Regards Ross Gregory ross@newep.com
