The process of ordering a pillow I didn’t personally like

Loved it!! Amazing interior, comfortable bed, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location in the city. The bar was really nice too. Great vibes.

Location. The bar area was great
We paid a lot for the room and it was pretty basic. No wow factor

The room was a comfortable size. The hotel was close to where we needed to be with great restaurant options close at hand.
Shower leaked water from poor design (frameless shower), fairly overpriced in-room bar fridge basics for what there was.
Breakfast and its setup were mediocre, I left hungry as the vibe was of that we weren't allowed to have more than the bare minimum (freshly cooked eggs/bacon/hashbrown etc) without paying more for an included continental breakfast.
