Breakfast selection was amazing, both western & Japanese. Realized quickly that most guests wore their hotel provided pyjamas for breakfast. Why not?

Onsen was excellent. First time in Japan and your property is paradise in the midst of a bustling city!

Pretty much EVERYTHING! It was extremely traditional, the workers were polite and the vibes were amazing!!! And the onsen...My God, it was sooo good after a long day of walking.

The room was very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was decent although the dining room is small so you sometimes have to queue- in one instance for 30 minutes.
The staff welcome was poor and rude, although we did get apologies later for this and waived the fee for our late check out. Compared to similar hotels in Japan, there were many rules and check in felt like going into school.
