It was very cosy and the rooms were spacious
I had to have the window closed due to the train station. Once it was, it was quiet

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was in an ideal location next to the station and DLR and was very quiet.
The soap dispensers didn't work and the room, especially the bathroom, needed a refresh.

The location, breakfast, and overall comfort of the room were very good. My room - double superior - was quiet and spacious for one person.
My room was not cleaned once during a five-night stay! Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed, but nothing more. Dirty mugs and glasses were never replaced. I went down to the restaurant twice to exchange them myself. The sink and shower were not cleaned once, and coffee was not always refilled.
The shower did not work properly, and room service told me to call maintenance myself.
I came to London for work and paid for a hotel, not an Airbnb, where I have to handle basic housekeeping myself.
