Location perfect for me. Quiet, no pub noise, except for usual London traffic. Beautifully decorated, spacious room and bathroom. Great range of toiletries. Very comfortable.
Lighting rather dim, especially for reading.

Room, bathroom, ease of access, welcoming staff, discount for food.
They don't do breakfast but in fairness there are plenty of local cafes which do very good breakfasts.

Really enjoyed the stay, great value! Room was comfy. Shower very large. Fridge useful. Location was good for accessing Westminster. Room was cleaned every day.
The aircon was dripping, not a biggie. Didn't bother to tell the staff.

Decent location
Air con kept shutting off. Window blinds didn't work and were not adjustable. Pillows were flat. Booked room and my booking said comes with tub but apparently only if request which was not on website. Main reason I booked this hotel. Clogged shower drain with gross hair picture attached

"Lovely room, kettle with tea, ironing board available, cleaning and tidying every day (absolutely no expected), super silent, no noise from the pub"
