Staff lovely and helpful when found as reception not maned , kept having to find someone but pleasant ,we had to change rooms which was not a problem to them ,i did email asking not to many stairs,
The breakfast i asked for an omlette when came it could have slid of plate that much grease needless to say couldnt eat it we were 1st down as i had hairdressing appointment at 9 my partner asked for bacon egg and beans it was served cold on a cold plate, considering we were only 2 there it took 35 min to come needless to say never went for breakfast sunday morn ,payed for something on way home, for £292 for 2 nights you would think breakfast would be enjoyable ,its a shame as lovely hotel ps could have done with a chair in room
