The breakfast buffet was fantastic, the beds were comfy and the rooms were large especially when considering the location. Daily refills of drinks and snacks in the mini bar was also a nice amenity. The check in and check out process was super simple, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Also, it is directly across the street from an entrance to the subway, and only about a 12 minute walk from Tokyo Station, so it was very easy to get around the city from here.
The gym was a bit small, but well equipped.

Good location (right next to the Hibiya train station). Respectful staff. Comfortable bed and good view if you stay on higher floors.
There was a BIG COCKROACH in our bedroom and it took the staff good 10 MINUTES to finally arrive at our room to take care of it. The team asked us that if they sprayed the COCKROACH, we had to grab all our stuff and move to another room in the middle of the night; however, they did NOT give us another other options if we didn’t want to change a room. ALSO, they broke my luggage handle during luggage storage service. They were very respectful but not helpful - they apologized, but did NOT offer any solutions. Very passive experience. I was extremely disappointed. It was not worth it, and it did NOT meet a 5-star hotel experience. Would NOT stay again.
