Location next to Metro.
The catering manager in the breakfast area requires some further service training as Unfortunately a necessary complaint was made about him and his customer service and communication skills and some levels of the lack of food items at breakfast being empty bins.
Senior Management dealt promptly with this manager and satisfactorily addressed my complaint.
Shame really as all the other staff went above and beyond and were very Proffesional during our stay.

Location and connection to the mall
Friendly staff
-Cleanliness wasn’t great all the time (Mr Hay was good but when he wasn’t there the cleaning wasn’t great)
- Payment was difficult : they didn’t accept a lot of money pieces (100 or 50$) for reasons that were not relevant to the exchange shop
- noise (music) at night not only during weekend
- towels are not good
