It is definitely not a 9 star property. We saying in a double room. Negatives: leaking shower and not enough towels in the room- we only had 3 towels in total, 2 medium size and one floor. No shampoo.Food smell in the common areas. Noise from the corridor in the room 24/7 as if door is open. Poor service by front desk and maintenance people.Positives: comfortable bed
