Room spacious and bed very comfortable and bathroom was great. Breakfast was excellent. Best part of the stay were the excellent staff- at the front desk, in the dining room and the cleaning ladies.
Had an inner room that opened on to stairwell so couldn’t open the window for some fresh air.

This is a lovely old hotel in a great location.

The room was comfortable and the staff were nice.
A bit expensive for a simple room. There are two stairs in the middle of the hallway that you have to bring your luggage up. Strange.

Very clean . Great location .
We were assured beforehand by the hotel that there would be vegan options for us . There were not ! Although they refunded the breakfast money , we had to travel across town each day to get a breakfast . If we had known that they couldn’t provide a breakfast for us , they should have been honest in the first place and we would have chosen another hotel . We wasted a lot of time ! Also , the hotel does lack atmosphere and was like an office block behind the external prettier exterior . Very disappointing . Also rental bikes as soon as you get in the entrance . Not what we were expecting from a four star hotel . Will not recommend !
