Booked the room with garden views and they were wonderful. They have excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Quiet yet central location, with all major sights within a 10-15 minute walk. The room styling was luxurious.
Nothing. Everything was excellent.

A great place to stay in an excellent location. Having parking available was a real convenience, and the staff were wonderful.

Excellent location, right above some busy bars, cafés, patisseries and shops such as delicatessens. The hotel/apartments are also closed to the Metro, El Corte Inglés and a major shopping street with all the usual brands. The room was perfectly good for a night's stay, and was clean and tidy. We had a coffee machine and coffee bags, with milk capsules, and a very large fridge with a bottle of cold water. The kitchenette area was useful. One feature that was necessary in our case was secure underground parking.
The parking is rather expensive, even by Bilbao standards. We couldn't see the car park entrance upon arrival, so maybe they need a bigger "P" sign. The room was very dear, too. We have stayed at other times in Bilbao for far less. I would not want to stay in the room for many days or weeks, despite the "apart-hotel tag", as it had a "view" of another room across a tiny inner courtyard, no seat or sofa area (just two stools), no table (just a bar area in the windowsill), and an open "wardrobe" with no door or enclosure.

Lovely location, a good mix of a modern take in an older style property
