Perfect for a night stop over in tranzit, the room was clean and quiet, with real walls. We could rest very well, after we asked the Reception for the heating to be turned on. There was a cattle and coffee, tea provided in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the Victoria Station. There are many nice pubs and shops in the area and the beautiful buildings and private gardens of Belgravia just round the corner.
Extremely small room, even though it was a triple room. There were two of us and to move around the beds was tricky. One had to go into the bathroom to allow the other to move in the room. The room was at 1st floor - access to and from it with the luggage was difficult on the narrow stairs.

It was simple and clean, we only stayed for 1 night so it served its purpose for what it was being used for...to sleep.Bed was comfy so got a good nights sleep. Shops were nearby if needed. Hosts were on hand whenever they were needed, if needed. Key card entry which was convenient.
Could of done with a little more room getting around the bed but we were only there to sleep.

The location was excellent and #24 bus outside was great.
The beds were comfortable.
The room was very cramped. There virtually no room to open your suitcase.
The shelf under the mirror in the bathroom had been broken at some point in the past and not replaced.
