We reserved one room for four of us travelers and it worked out great. Short walk to a metro station.

It was warm in our room for April, not sure if they didn't switch the A/C on yet or not but the 3rd floor stays quite warm. Asked the front deak to look at it and no change, if you don't mind hot and a smaller space it was just fine for us 2 (mom and teen). Good location close to the tube and bus, parks, Buckingham Palace, pubs, etc.

The area was nice and fairly close to shopping, food and Victoria Station. The only issue was the hotel was undergoing renovations, which is fine, but the halls were a mess and there was various construction noise and music played by the workers throughout the day. Room was small but fine for a solo traveler. It seemed clean until my last day, which I checked out a day earlier but was told there was no refund to be had, I saw a large bug scurry under the bed. These things happen, I guess. I had to check out a day earlier because the elevator still required the usage of steps to get to the room and a second guest was joining me and steps are an impossibility.
