Excellent breakfast buffet. Lots of choice. Fantastic beach views from terrace and breakfast room
Housekeeping not up to standard for a five star hotel. On arrival there were dirty towels in the room and bathroom. The wardrobe door was stuck and had to send for maintenance. Small issues but shouldn't have occurred in an expensive hotel. On occasion, had to wait 30 mins for shuttle from beach to reception. A hotel of this calibre should have a free shuttle bus to/from local town as in many other 5 star hotels not located in town centre. Limited choice in restaurant for vegetarians/non-seafood eaters

Excellent location, amazing beach, kind and welcoming staff. Special compliment to friendly housekeeping staff- everything was very clean.
Tennis court on the beach is unique.
Very good breakfast. View from the room.
No toilet brush in the room.
No shops in walking distance.

Loved the pool and the beach and the location was beautiful.
Apart from the staff during the day by the pool, the service was poor and not 5 star.
Our breakfast experience was a disaster. We had a party of 7 and were told we could sit together so we spilt into a 4 and a 3 despite there being plenty of room for us to fit around the table of 6.
2 of the 4 people left the breakfast a little bit earlier and the next minute a rude member of staff was shouting for the remaining people to move it another table. We didn’t even have chance to say we could join them to fill the table, they were booted off onto what wasn’t even a proper table and chairs.
It is completely unacceptable to move people mid-breakfast to free up table for other guests! You should manage your sitting times more effectively if you don’t have enough room, during this process your staff were rude and unhelpful.
We didn’t have a a great evening dinner experience either which was my mums 60th meal.
We were given the wrong meal at dinner, we don’t eat meat so ordered the dry rice with prawns. We were given pork rice with prawns which I believe was another dish on the menu.
It took over 45 minutes to resolve the issue with no apology and lack of communication. We got up from the table twice to find out what was going on. We appreciate new dishes take a while to cook but there was no sense of urgency at all.
We had replacement dishes ordered as well as the rice dish which I still believe had meat in, by that point we were passed arguing again especially as the rice was removed from the bill.
