Heel goede shows
Beleefd personeel
Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken
Verschillende zwembaden
Verduisterende gordijnen
We waren in Palace hotel.
Shows laat. Mini disco begon pas om 21u00.
Volgende show rond 21u45 en gedaan tond 22u30.

Its a good property, perfect to go with kids, the water slides were good, the staff in the Mini Club and the Mini Disco at night were friendly and very welcoming. There were several good activities for the kids.
The reception people needs more training to be polite and friendly, very unwelcoming attitude. The people at the buffet also very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They definitely needs proper training especially the once in the reception. Also, if you need to borrow towels for swimming from the hotel you have to pay a 10Euros deposit and they accept cash only and not cards, which is quite strange for the modern times (unless they are not declaring the monies to the authorities which are not returned to customers in case the towels are not returned).
