Pleasant hotel, nice pool lots of sunbeds never a problem getting one ( mid September) . There was great shade from the trees around the pool so umbrellas not needed. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks exceeded what we expected. The barman gave generous measures of the included drinks, which were always enough of a selection for us. Good range of liqueurs and nice coffee. For the first few days, the food was excellent, but as we got to the end of Sept the standard declined a bit and they stopped the themed nights and the food was the same lunch and dinner most nights, but still we always got something nice . I loved the mussels razor clams, and prawns especially. The hotel was full of people with multiple pet dogs in prams, nice to see, and it didn't impact us at all as they were not in the eating areas or around the pool or grass areas and didnt seem to bark. Good powerful shower. Excellent fast, free Wifi everywhere. Snacks by the pool were basic: pizza nuggets etc but always great crisps all day, which I loved. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Boat tour to Tossa del Mar available just on the beach in front of the hotel .The hotel is a 15 min walk from the town of Lloret on Fenals beach, nice and quiet at night Nice coastal walk also to Lloret town
The temperature of the food was poor I never got a hot chip, always cold they would need an overhead heater for the food stations . The bedrooms had the shower in bath and as mature guests we were a bit afraid of slipping they could have had a grip mat in the bath Hotel a bit dated needs refurnished but was perfectly comfortable. Room had a nice balcony Walls are paper-thin; we could hear a man coughing and snoring next door and listening to tv in the middle of the night bring ear plugs. Slow to replenish dishes like the cured hams and fruit in the morning. Very little was topped up after 8.30 pm even though there was 45 min left . Had roast meats some night like turkey, beef pork but never any gravy . The hotel is across the road from the beach but we didnt really like it as it was coarse sand with a very steep shelf into the water, a little difficult to get back up the slope again . But good depth of water would not be suitable for small children

The Property seems to be for people sixty five plus years old or families with kids because they eat a lot in the breakfast area. They look desperate to run to get plenty of food in a short period of time
The property is not very old and needs maintenance, specially the garden, mini golf and the plants in the whole driveway and outside the building. The garage gets plenty of water and dust

Close to the sea, a lot of facilities for kids and adults, size and layout of the rooms were also fine
This place is not clean, I cannot say it's not clean at all but housekeeper don't change the sheets, they just to the "cleanup" of the floor which is also not good. This is the only thing that I don't like at the hotel.

A excellent location ,very close to the Beach..
Cold food at Breakfast, eggs,beans,sausage etc
Door key cards never worked ..so couldn't get into our room on several occasions .
Very old and dated interior. Needs a total revamp.
Very noisy late on a night
Dogs barking when ever anyone walked past there rooms..
