The reception staff were helpful. The location is convenient for the tram which is necessary to get into town.
I had to ask 3 times and wait 2 days to have the coffee and water in the 'free' minibar replenished. The room was not cleaned every day.

Friendly and helpful staff on Reception keen to help and make for a pleasant stay. I asked for more pillows, more coffee, an iron and an ironing board, plus a kettle and all arrived at my room within minutes. Very convenient to the tram service which stops right outside. Good cafes and bars closeby. Fridge/mini bar with freebies was most welcome.
Air con wasn't too easy to control which resulted in room being either too cold or too hot. A small table on both sides of the bed would have been useful.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was excellent, with a stunning panoramic view. Everything felt new, stylish, and well-maintained. Although the hotel is located a little away from the city center, public transportation is very convenient, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but this is not a major issue thanks to the excellent tram connections right outside.
