Very well located and easy to get to city center. The staff was so nice and the facilities offer a lot to the people staying here.

The lobby was welcoming and had a playground.
No parking available, I had to drive a lot to find a place far from the hotel.
The evening receptionist didn’t know the area and provided no valuable info about what to do and where to dine.

Everything. A must stay in Basel. Fantastic apartment in city centre with every facility that you would need. Home from home with lovely front of house staff. We left our bags as we had a late flight and was able to go back and charge phones and make ourselves a cuppa whilst waiting for to go to airport. It is 25 mins walk from bus so get an uber. Co op supermarket is only five minutes down street with great food.

Great location. Very reasonable price. Little kitchenette is useful for storing water and maybe breakfast pastries. Shower was great and having toilet in separate room is good too.
Aircon did not work. Decor was not in great condition. It was meant to be four people staying in the room but it would have been very stuffy and the door separating two rooms would not close so there was no privacy. Simple things that if fixed would make all the difference.
