Great location just a few blocks from the Nice Ville train station and close to restaurants, groceries, and transportation. The interior design is next-level, great style and colors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast can be added for a reasonable price. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks are provided in the lobby for free. My room (#1) had a large private courtyard with a sitting area. Bed was super comfortable, and room was quiet at night even though it was close to the lobby.
The bathroom setup was less than ideal. There wasn't sufficient lighting in the bathroom; the electrical outlet was far from the mirror; and the hair dryer cord was very short. The tub was very deep, which made it difficult for a short person like me to step into and out of. The handheld shower head failed to stay in position in its wall mount.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. There were free towels and portable umrellas for the beach which was very good.
Location was good but you need to walk 20-30min to the centre. Room was a bit small and breakfast was limited.

The breakfast was extremely good!
Maybe the elevator! Has some problems with lifting up. It scared my daughter!

Friendly staff, warm welcome, nice reception area and invited to help ourselves to drinks
