The apartment is located within a hotel complex in a relatively convenient location, with restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. The apartment also has a kitchenette.
There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby, as if they are using the cheapest possible air freshener. The cleaning seems to be very superficial – there are tiny flies in the bathroom, and the windows are dirty and greasy. The apartment is not particularly suitable for colleagues sharing accommodation, as there is only one bathroom for two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has only a small window with opaque glass. Communication before arrival is very formal, and there are no guarantees regarding special requests until check-in.

Nothing at all

Convenient location, clean room and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment kitchenette is well-equipped for cooking.
Lacked some services expected from 5-star hotels, e.g. room service.

Location
Rooms need to be revamped! Stains on walls and carpet lifting in bedrooms. Also curtains had stains. It doesn’t feel comfortable or look like it does in the photos or tv. Also hallways leading into rooms were dirty. Needs an overhaul
