Fantastic location, great facilities. Very welcoming staff. The variety of restaurants literally at the front door was fantastic. For such a busy location, very quiet.
Beds too soft for me but that's just personal preference I guess.

Great location, beautifully decorated nice and modern
Could have been cleaner. Floor was dirty. Only one bottle of water for two guests

Location was right on spice alley and close to central station which was great.
Rooms were nice and clean.
Beds were comfortable
The heating/cooling was very average. The room was far too hot through the night for days hitting 30 degrees.
The extractor fan switch was broken in our room and it would turn on with out even being in the bathroom which was very loud especially in the night.
